Our house refurbishment service, across London, Surrey and the South East, provides you with a dedicated project manager that will oversee the entire project. This allows you to have a single point of contact instead of having to deal with the multiple trades required in a house refurbishment.
Your project manager will work closely with you to make sure you are happy throughout the entire process and you are free to have as much or as little input along the way as you please. Each individual project will require its own schedule of works that needs to be followed so that the right trades are completing the right jobs at the right time.
Our team are very skilled in making sure this happens and have the experience needed to keep everything running smoothly and on schedule. If outside trades are needed to be used to complete a more specialist task, then we have a good network of tried and tested sub-contractors that we can provide. We will also deal personally with these sub-contractors so you don’t have to and will arrange for them to be on site when needed.
